Harvested early at 86 °Oe, the liveliness is fully retained in the later wine. Pressed white with a maceration time of approx. 10 hours results in a color of copper-colored rosé. The scent shows beautiful, berry notes of strawberries or raspberries.
With slow fermentation in the stainless steel tank, a natural proportion of carbonic acid remains in the wine, which is what gives this rosé its freshness. Well chilled at 6 ° -8 ° C, it is the ideal summer wine, rich in taste, moderate alcohol. Thanks to its subtle fruity sweetness, it is mild and balanced but still tangy and invigorating.
